🏄🏽‍♀️ 2023 Lake Surfistas Beach Day!

We’re taking a relaxed and casual approach again this year, and hope you can join us, as fantastic as you all are, to enjoy Lake Ontario and all its beauty for Lake Surfistas Beach Day 2023!

Bring all the boards! If there are waves, we’ll surf! If there are no waves, we’ll make our own! SUP, skateboard around the park, play under the sun, frolic in the water, on the sand, clean up the beach, laugh, soothe, breathe, release, smile, and move with each other!

Our ROXY Gear Library will be available! Please email us directly at lakesurfistas@gmail.com if you’d like to reserve a wetsuit, first come first served. We’ll also have extra community boards at the beach. 

Meet us at Sandbanks Provincial Park, Outlet Beach Day Use. Head to parking lots 12 or 13, and we’ll be behind the section of beach behind the Amphitheatre, by the mouth of Outlet River.

We’ll be there all day from 9:30AM EDT onward, and aim to take our annual group photo at 12:00 noon.

You will need to obtain a Daily Vehicle Pass to enter the park. Passes will be available as early as Monday, September 18 07:00 EDT via the Ontario Parks Reservation website.

If you would like to camp for the weekend (we will be!!), book your site directly through the Ontario Parks Reservation website and let us know what site you’ll be at! Your participation in any socialization is completely at your own boundaries and comfort level.

We are genuinely humbled and so stoked to be able to produce this long standing community event in our 9th year! Can’t wait to see you at the beach!
